We do principal investing across public and private markets, with a particular focus on special situations and in emerging asset classes.

We think for the long horizon, keep a very open mind, and are happy to look at deals, industries, structures, cap tables, and asset classes that are often overlooked due to idiosyncratic or structural reasons. We do not hesitate to roll up our sleeves, do the work, and sweep the floor.

On the private side, as entrepreneurs ourselves, we use our experience, capital, and network to invest in, acquire, grow, and sometimes turn around businesses that are typically product led, consumer focused, or have a lot of technical depth.
